This article at BSDnewsletter.com compares BSD/OS and NetBSD by explaining what's installed, what's running, and sharing a few examples of basic configurations. Upcoming articles will discuss sharing filesystems, migrating passwords, users and services, and commercial update and support services.

developed by different developers with some different goals over the
past nine years, they share many similarities due to their near
identical open source origins and the open source software that
complements the systems.
