The Future Belongs to GNOME; Inertia, to KDE
Linux and Main talk about
GNOME and KDE.
"Back in the early days of KDE, it was often heard that it would do until GNOME was ready. For two major versions of KDE that became a less and less impressive point of view. For the reasons given above, though, I find it an increasingly appealing argument. When it is released, sometime in the next couple of weeks, GNOME2 promises a great deal. I can say, based on recent code, that it certainly is as attractive as KDE."
