Mosfet.org talks about KDE.

"I feel the opposite - that KDE is quite elegant - and here's my reasons why. First of all, applications integrate together quite well and all share a consistent UI. While people can bicker back and forth about this point, some people don't like the UI all applications are consistent with ;-), it is generally considered that KDE "feels" more like a complete desktop. There are a few reasons for this."
